Ok, for some reason I couldn't upload the folder. So take these 3 files and go to PSP/SAVEDATA/ULUS102920002 and copy and replace the 3 files that are already there.

This gamesave only contains Purple and Neon Green colors.

Ok, I remembered why it wouldn't work for you. Since I used my 3rd profile to make this gamesave, you would only be able to replace the files in your 3rd profile as well. So follow the steps, but paste and replace the files in ULUS102920002. Be sure to remember your online ID and password for your 3rd profile because this will replace your 3rd profile.
It should work this time.
